5 Steps Of Ending The Feeling of Losing Control

As much as we get motivated on being courageous, probably, we also collect affirmations to help us end the feeling of losing control. However, this sometimes fails to work. The feeling of losing control does not seem to leave us. Our fears seem to be so real and they manifest most of the times as we strive to carry out our tasks without failing. Have the previous posts lit some truth yet it still seems not applicable? Have you tried applied them but it seems far from reachable?

ending feeling of losing controlIt must have felt like I was just doing it for the sake of writing, didn’t it? I meant everything I wrote. I have proven it. I have suggested it to others and it has worked. Some of them have grown to be more comfortable than I have been. You are also on the verge of discovering it. Hope you are prepared to discover the technique that I have used for the past four years.

This technique has made me realize that I need not to worry about situations but have fun. It has brought miracles before me and got me scared at times; due to the extraordinary things that I have found myself accomplish. It has made me venture into activities that I least expected I could. It has also made me learn a lot about myself.

I at times don’t even believe they really happened. Sometimes I get sceptical and like you, probably, think it was a coincidence, or some supernatural force took over. It is so powerful that I called it “THE ULTIMATE FEAR DOMINATION” technique.

Here’s the technique I have used to end the feeling of losing control:

  • Before you get to do any task that you would like to achieve, know what you want to achieve. Know what your end result is. Write it down somewhere and read it aloud. Picture the end result and look for the emotions that would be associated with the success. Get the feel of success and focus on this emotion for about 5 minutes.

Who Else Wants To End The Feeling Of Losing Control? (Part.. 2)

The feeling of losing control is an ILLUSION. This is what was covered in the previous post. It was the first part of learning how to end the feeling of losing control. Here’s more of the intriguing message that was covered in the first part.feeling of losing control

In that post, we saw what lies in the power of intention. We saw its argument in getting to end the feeling of losing control. In this second part, we will take a look at how one can be in control of what happens around him/her. We’ll also take a look at what happens behind the scenes and try to understand the logic of what I was “blubbering” on being in control; as well as getting to stop the feeling of losing control.

There was an explanation on the universe rearranging various situations just to suit our intentions. These situations are at times “undesirable” and may trigger the feeling of losing control.  This is where the explanations on this second post begin.

The mind is very powerful. The feeling of losing control as well as that of being in control exist here. The power of your mind creates and controls your reality. This is done through two powerful forces; desire and will power.

Your Reality Is Controlled By Your Desire And Your Will Power

Desire is the energy that underlies all the manifestations of your abilities. It is a burning force within you and the creator of the need to have something done. It acts as an inspiration, or the foundation on which all goals are based upon. All our achievements start with a desire. It is normally so powerful that we hardly notice any impossibility.

“About 75% Of The World’s Population Experiences The Feeling Of Losing Control, Once Every Two Weeks. This Feeling Of Losing Control Easily Develops To Stress. About 90% Of Primary Medical Visits Are Stress Related. 80% Of The Industrial Accidents Are Due To Stress. Are You Part Of These Statistics? Here Is The Truth About It All”

Lisa is one of the friends whom I dearly respect for her confidence. She’s only nineteen but never fears to take on any task that comes her way. Once she is up to do it she is normally committed to see that everything is done.

One of her outstanding achievements was a while ago, when she was part of her university’s Mr. and Miss. University organizing team. She’s outgoing and loves interacting, and therefore, gladly accepted to organize the live performances. However, she has one problem – despite her confidence, any small obstacle in her operations really stresses her and works her up. She feels like things are going out of control.

She gave it her best: she approached musicians, convinced them to fix into her schedules, and successfully did the stressful negotiations she dreaded. It really worked her up, but she did it. She was just a sigh away from relief.
